This project was envisioned to promote a healthier relationship with the environment for residents and visitors of Cambridge, Maryland. The sustainable design encourages environmentally-minded lifestyle activities in relation to dining, fitness classes, leisure space, water sports and large event gatherings.
The LEED Platinum Hawaii Gateway Energy Center by Bill Brooks, Ferraro Choi and Associates in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii was used as a precedent for this project.
