I would add features like this to their properties, increasing their value, and I’d have a free or discounted place to stay. This deal was surprisingly effective as I traveled and worked across Los Angeles in 2020. One of the best parts of these deals: I made such great friendships with my hosts that I have great places to stay whenever I visit SoCal again.
